Delivery information

We are committed to growing and selling plants to the highest standards. Ensuring that our plants and accessories arrive at your home/work (or gift address) in the same condition as they leave our nursery is of up most importance. All our plants leave our nursery in excellent condition and we work closely with our couriers to ensure that they are received as perfectly as they were dispatched. 

The delivery charges stated below are for the UK mainland only, per delivery address and apply only to orders placed online.

Saturday Delivery




It is possible for you to specify a delivery date and we will endeavour to meet this date. 

Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, The Scilly Isles, The Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight are all considered by our couriers as international locations and we therefore send via first class Royal Mail to these destinations. There is a delivery surcharge of £9.99 to these areas of the UK. Please select this option under shipping methods. Thank you.

UK Deliveries

Please note that deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed and will incur a surcharge; please contact us for details.

Whenever possible, goods will be dispatched by first class post or overnight courier within 3 working days. It is possible for you to specify a delivery date and we will endeavour to meet this date. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed as we use independent couriers and first class post. Deliveries require a signature.

If there is nobody in to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipients' responsibility to contact the courier and arrange a suitable delivery date. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the courier in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if you know you are not going to be at home.

In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered the to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative a signed receipt of delivery.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

International Deliveries

We regret that our products cannot be dispatched internationally. We are currently only able to deliver within the UK.Delivery to the uk mainland is £6.50. Deliveries are generally dispatched within 2-3 days of an order being placed and are carried out by UK mail.

We provide a weekly delivery service within 5 miles radius of our nursery, which costs £10.
